What are the certification fees?

Applicants for adjuvant certification must send in a $400 initial processing and administrative fee once they are notified their product has been approved.  If an applicant seeks certification for a subregistration, the initial processing fee is $100.  Products that obtain CPDA certification will be subject to a yearly maintenance fee of $100; subregistrations are subject to a $50 maintenance fee.  A processing and administrative fee of $400 will also be charged for each 3-year certification renewal.  CPDA reserves the right to adjust the maintenance fees to reflect program cost increases.  Checks should be made payable to CPDA and mailed to 1730 Rhode Island Avenue, N.W., Suite 812, Washington, D.C.  20036, or payment can be made by credit card on-line.
